Worklush Spaces — Cancellation & Refund Policy

 This policy applies to all bookings at Worklush Spaces, including day passes, meeting / conference rooms, dedicated seats, fixed cabins, monthly flexi/dedicated plans, and any virtual office services.

1. Day Pass / Short-Term Bookings (Hourly / Daily)

  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the booking start time: no refund.
  • If cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours before the booking start time: 50% refund of the advance payment.
  • If cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the booking start time: full refund of the advance payment (minus any transaction/convenience fees).

2. Meeting / Conference Room Bookings

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: No refund.
  • Cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation 48+ hours ahead: full refund (minus transaction/convenience costs).

3. Monthly / Longer-Term Plans (Flexi / Dedicated Seats / Cabins)

  • If the customer cancels 30+ days before plan start date: full refund of advance.
  • If cancelled between 15–30 days before plan start date: 50% refund of advance.
  • Inside 15 days of plan start date: no refund.
  • Once the plan has commenced, cancellation must be given in writing with a notice period (e.g., 30 days) before next billing cycle. No refunds for past billing cycles.

4. Memberships & Annual Commitments

For plans with minimum commitment (e.g. 6/12 months):

  • Early termination requests must be made in writing email to [email protected] fee equal to [10]% of remaining commitment may apply (or alternatively charge until end of notice period).
  • Refunds (if any) after adjusting for outstanding dues, damages, etc.

5. Security Deposit

If a security deposit is collected:

  • It will be refunded (after adjusting for any damages, outstanding amounts) within 14 business days after the contract ends / space is vacated.
  • Deposit is non‐refundable in the case of breach of contract.

6. No-Show / Partial Use

  • If a user does not show up, or uses only part of the booked duration, refunds are not provided for unused portion.
  • If part of the booking is used, the entire booking may be considered in the non-refundable category.

7. Changes by Worklush Spaces

If we are unable to provide the booked space (e.g. due to maintenance, force majeure), we will offer:

  • Full refund of amounts paid, OR
  • Reschedule to a comparable space/time as mutually agreed.

8. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used for booking, within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval.
  • Any transaction fees or convenience charges incurred are non-refundable.
  • Taxes (GST etc.) will be adjusted as per applicable law; any non-recoverable taxes will be retained.

9. How to Cancel?

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email to [email protected]), clearly stating booking details (name, booking reference, date & time).
  • Bookings are not officially cancelled until the user receives a cancellation confirmation from Worklush Spaces.

10. Exceptions

  • If the user violates any terms of service or damages property, we reserve the right to deny refund/terminate agreement with no refund.
  • In extraordinary circumstances (government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.), we may adjust this policy at our discretion.
