Welcome to Worklush Spaces. By accessing, booking, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, along with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines communicated by us.
2. Definitions

3. Use of Facilities

Users must check in and check out as per front desk / access system instructions.
Facilities cannot be sublet, shared, or transferred to a third party without prior written approval.
Meeting rooms and common areas should be vacated promptly at the end of your booked slot.
4. Conduct & Responsibilities
Maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Noise should be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
Illegal, unethical, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests/clients.
5. Security & Access
Access credentials (ID cards, passwords, WiFi details) are for individual use only. Sharing them is not allowed.
Users must not tamper with security systems, cameras, or IT infrastructure.
Worklush Spaces is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
6. Internet & IT Usage
Internet services provided are for business use only.
Users must not engage in activities that are illegal, abusive, or compromise the security of our network (e.g., hacking, spamming, file-sharing of copyrighted material).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet service and are not liable for downtime caused by external providers.
7. Payments & Invoicing
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per law.
Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.
Security deposits (if applicable) will be refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Property & Damages
Users are responsible for any damage to furniture, fixtures, or property caused by them or their guests.
Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from security deposit or billed directly.
Users must not make alterations, install equipment, or affix signage without prior written consent.
10. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to:
– Suspend or terminate membership without refund if a user violates these Terms & Conditions.
– Deny access to anyone engaging in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities.
– Terminate agreements with notice if the property is closed, relocated, or affected by circumstances beyond our control.
11. Liability & Indemnity
Worklush Spaces is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property while using our facilities.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Worklush Spaces harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the premises.
12. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle personal data as per our Privacy Policy.
While we take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality, users should avoid leaving sensitive data or belongings unattended in shared areas.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
15. Updates to Terms
Worklush Spaces reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
